Sales processed before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day as purchased. Orders processed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or on Holidays will ship out on the following business day.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, either Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Express Mail (overnight - signature required). In our experience, some locations are not available for overnight delivery and may take two days to receive a package. All shipping charges include insurance of items up to $2500.
If you prefer other shipping carriers, please contact us at the shop and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We accept exchanges only, we do not accept any returns. Exchanges or store credit will be issued within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item(s) must be returned to us unused, unworn and in new condition in order to qualify for exchange. Discounted, altered, or custom designed items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any out of stock merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered (including sizing) at customer's request.
Gemstones & Diamonds
If your purchase includes a gemstone, please note that many gemstones have historically been enhanced to improve color and/or stability. We pride ourselves on finding gemstones that have maintained their natural quality and beauty without being enhanced. We do our best to offer only genuine gemstones and diamonds in our inventory.
If your purchase includes diamonds, please note that these diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved with funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. We have based this on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
