Special Orders
Unfortunately, special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any out of stock merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered (including sizing) at customer's request.
Gemstones & Diamonds
We pride ourselves on carrying gemstones and diamonds that have maintained their natural quality and beauty without being enhanced and do our best to offer only genuine fine jewelry.
After Sales Service
If there is a problem with one of our items, please contact us immediately at (904)277-4880 or lindysjewelry@gmail.com. We will kindly accept items purchased from us for a repair evaluation.
Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges, but we do not accept any returns. Exchanges or store credit will be issued within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item(s) must be returned to us unused, unworn and in new condition in order to qualify for an exchange. Discounted, altered, or custom designed items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
